The mission of the Franklin Alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Inc is to support and strengthen our brotherhood by providing opportunities for personal growth, professional development, and community service. We are dedicated to preserving our rich heritage, promoting academic excellence, and fostering leadership among our members. Through active engagement and collaboration, we strive to make a positive and lasting impact on our communities and the lives of our brothers.

Polemarch's Message Greetings, As the first Polemarch of the new Franklin (LA) Alumni (SW) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, I have the distinct honor & pleasure of welcoming you to our website. Chartered January 20,2024 we are now tasked with building our chapter from the ground up, and with an august body of 33 Charter Members (2 posthumous), we are up for the challenge. Based in the Mighty Southwestern Province & located in the southern part of Louisiana, our focus area covers two parishes with multiple jurisdictions. My messaging is simple & concise; “Honorable Achievement Through Service & Commitment” by working within the confines of the fraternity’s constitution & statutes, supporting the 35th Grand Polemarch Jimmy McMikle & the 28th SWP Polemarch C. Jerome Brown’s administration in full. The current membership roster of The Franklin Alumni Chapter is comprised of engineers, high ranking fraternity brothers, elected officials, attorneys, educators, entrepreneurs, CEO’s, government workers and members of the clergy. As Kappamen, we continue to strive daily to bring into existence the change we seek. My specific Achievement goals of
Training For Leadership, heavy mentorship, new membership acclimation & brand management are also integral in building a rock solid foundation for generations to come. My vision was not only to charter a chapter but to also increase Kappa Alpha Psi’s presence in our region and local community, to also expand our visibility through our upcoming media campaign blitz. In doing so we get to control our narrative, tell our stories, document our histories as we work with neighboring chapters, local government agencies, corporate entities and community leaders with service projects and initiatives. “Achievement In Every Field Of Human Endeavor” is the motto The Franklin Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated lives by as we accomplish “Honorable Achievement Through Service & Commitment.” One Fraternity, One Bond & One Kappa.
