ANTHONY G. BELL, JR.
Anthony G. Bell, Jr., born on September 10, 1971, in Franklin, Louisiana, is a distinguished professional in the oil field industry and a committed community mentor. With over 25 years of experience, Anthony has developed a diverse skill set, holding positions as a Surface Data Logger, MWD Engineer, Software Development Team member, drilling engineer, and data acquisition specialist.
A graduate of Grambling State University, Anthony earned his degree in English in the fall of 1996. His deep commitment to fraternity life began when he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi at the Lafayette Alumni Chapter in the Spring of 2001. Demonstrating leadership within the fraternity, Anthony is the first Polemarch of the Franklin Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, which was chartered on January 20, 2024. He values the bond and responsibilities that come with his fraternity involvement, embracing all aspects of fraternity life.
Anthony is married to Debra Bell and is a dedicated father to three children: Joshua D. Charles, Torie G. Bell, and Anthony G. Bell, III. OMAR PECANTTE
Omar W. D. Pecantte, born on September 24, 1977, in Jeanerette, Louisiana, is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader renowned for his contributions to the healthcare, finance, and cannabis industries. Currently, he serves as the CEO and President of Green Leaf Dispensary LLC in Houma, LA, where he has pioneered the establishment of a premier medical cannabis dispensary in Louisiana's Teche Region. Under his leadership, Green Leaf Dispensary was granted one of only nine highly coveted permits issued by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy, marking it as one of the only two minority-owned dispensaries in the state.

Edward B. In his legal career spanning over 27 years, Ed has been the principal of Edward B. Jones & Associates, demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication in the courtroom. He has achieved remarkable success, securing multiple not guilty verdicts in criminal trials across Louisiana, and winning substantial civil jury verdicts and settlements, with amounts ranging from $400,000 to $8.1 million.
Ed's involvement with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. has been a cornerstone of his personal development and community service. Serving as Strategus at the undergraduate level and as the first Historian of the Franklin Alumni Chapter, he cherishes the lessons of perseverance and brotherhood he has learned through the fraternity. TREVIN N GRIMM
Trevin N. Grimm, born on May 19, 1984, in Franklin, Louisiana, is a dedicated professional and community advocate well-known for his passion for visual storytelling and community service. A proud alumnus of Franklin High School, Trevin graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications.
While at ULM, Trevin pledged Kappa Alpha Psi at the Eta Pi chapter in fall 2004 and continued his involvement by becoming the first Keeper of Records for the Franklin Alumni Chapter and a charter line member. His commitment to the fraternity is exemplified through his leadership in organizing fundraising events and his cherished memory of participating in the official chartering ceremony of the Franklin Alumni Chapter.

Professionally, Trevin serves as a Safety Specialist, where he applies his expertise to ensure workplace safety and compliance. However, his true passion lies in the realm of media and content creation. Trevin is exceptionally skilled in producing visual content, particularly video short stories and documentaries, which led him to establish his own media company, IT IS WHAT IT IS, LLC. This venture reflects his motto "IT IS WHAT IT IS," embracing resilience and adaptability, qualities that fuel his creative endeavors.
Outside of his professional life, Trevin is deeply involved in his community. ROBERT E. PIERRE
Robert E. Pierre is a distinguished journalist, author, educator, and entrepreneur whose career spans over three decades marked by significant contributions to journalism and media. Born on June 12, 1968, in Franklin, Louisiana, Robert graduated from Louisiana State University in 1990 with a degree in Journalism. During his time at LSU, he served as the executive editor of the Daily Reveille and was an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa and the National Leadership Honor Society.
Robert began his illustrious career at The Washington Post, where he was part of the Metro reporting team that won the Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of the Virginia Tech shooting massacre in 2007. He also spearheaded the groundbreaking series "Being a Black Man: At the Corner of Progress and Peril" in 2006, which later expanded into a book. His commitment to addressing complex social issues continued with his co-authorship of "A Day Late and a Dollar Short: High Hopes and Deferred Dreams in Obama's 'Post-Racial' America" and contributions to the academic text "The Trump Presidency Journalism and Democracy."
In addition to his journalistic endeavors, Robert has served as a media consultant and president of Bald Cypress Media Group since June 2012. His company has provided media solutions to prestigious clients, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture. Robert's expertise has enriched various educational institutions such as Dillard University, Georgetown University, and Howard University, where he has taught as an adjunct professor.

Robert pledged Kappa Alpha Psi in the Spring of 1987 at the Nu Iota chapter and serves as the Guide Right Vice Chairman of the Franklin Alumni Chapter. MORGAN THOMAS, JR.
Morgan Thomas, Jr., born on September 24, 1955, in Franklin, Louisiana, is a seasoned professional in the field of electronics engineering technology and a committed community volunteer. After graduating from Southern University in Baton Rouge in 1977 with a major in Electronics Engineering Technology and achieving recognition on the Dean's List, Morgan embarked on a career that included significant roles such as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer for Westinghouse Electric and a Production Operator for both Conoco, Inc. and Enterprise Products, Inc.
Morgan's deep commitment to fraternity life began when he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi in the Fall of 2000 at the Opelousas Alumni Chapter. He currently serves as the Guide Right and Kappa League Chairman of the Franklin Alumni Chapter, roles that emphasize his dedication to mentorship and leadership within the fraternity. One of his most cherished memories is the chartering ceremony of the Franklin Alumni Chapter, a milestone that marked significant growth and development for the fraternity in his community.
Married to Gwendolyn P. Thomas, Morgan is a devoted father to two children, Kourtney T. Thomas and Kyrstyne A. Thomas. TRISTIAN WASHINGTON
Tristian Washington, born on January 5, 1989, in the community of St. Joseph near Franklin, Louisiana, is an accomplished electrical engineer and a dedicated community leader. After graduating from Tuskegee University in 2014 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Tristian has made significant strides in his professional life, currently serving as the Engineering Supervisor for Southern Company-Mississippi Power. He is an active member of both the National Engineers Society and the National Society of Black Engineers, reflecting his commitment to the advancement of his field.
In the spring of 2018, Tristian became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, pledging at the Meridian (MS) Alumni Chapter. He now holds the position of MTA Chair for the Franklin Alumni Chapter and is also an active participant on the Guide Right Committee. A highlight of his fraternity experience is celebrating Founder’s Day, a day that is particularly special to him as it coincides with his birthday. Another important highlight of Tristian’s fraternity experience was the chartering of the Franklin Alumni Chapter.
Tristian’s commitment to leadership extends into his community involvement. He is a member of several community service groups, including the Westwood Riderz Community Service Group, Mississippi Power Community Connection, and Citizens of Georgia Power, and he is dedicated to mentoring youth in various states. His efforts have not gone unnoticed, earning him recognition as one of The Meridian Star's Top 20 under 40 and the prestigious President’s Award by Mississippi Power.
Outside of his professional and community engagements, Tristian enjoys spending quality time with his family. Married to Kairis Washington, he is a father to four children: Alayshia, Kylin, Kyla, and Kyran. His hobbies include riding horses, cooking, and fellowshipping with his fraternity brothers. He also finds joy in playing percussion, which serves as a creative outlet.

Donald R. Lanceslin, Jr., born on June 25, 1976, in Baldwin, Louisiana, is a seasoned electronics engineer and an active member of his community. Arthur Lee Adams Jr., born on February 18, 1968, in Franklin, LA, is a dedicated member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. He graduated from Southern University in December 1993 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and pledged Kappa Alpha Psi in May 1996 at Opelousas Alumni Chapter. Arthur has built a successful career as a Production Manager, Supervisor, and Engineer.
Married to Sonya Adams, he is a devoted father to four children: Arthur Adams III, Dunya Lewis, Jayden Alford, and Asher Adams. Arthur's hobbies include spending quality time with his family, traveling to explore new cultures, and collecting classic and sports cars, a testament to his love for automotive craftsmanship.

Carl J Foulcard, born on March 19, 1958, in Franklin, Louisiana, is a multifaceted professional and dedicated community member. He earned his degree in Business Management and Marketing from Southern University in 1982 and furthered his education with certifications in Special Education from Nicholls State University and USL. Carl pledged to the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity in the spring of 1983 at the Opelousas Alumni Chapter. Among his cherished fraternity memories are seeing Dwayne Murray become the Grand Polemarch and the chartering of the Franklin Alumni Chapter.
Carl has carved out a successful career in the insurance industry, becoming a licensed insurance agent in 1986 and a certified bail bondsman. He is currently pursuing credentials to become a certified financial planner. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to own and operate several businesses, including Foulcard Insurance Agency since 1991, Carl Foulcard's Car Wash since 1992, and previously the Shoe Palace in Franklin, Louisiana. His earlier professional experience includes teaching Special Education at Patterson Jr. High School from 1990 to 1994.
Married to Sandra Foulcard, he is a proud father to Artey Foulcard. Carl's passions include traveling, fishing, and educating young individuals on financial security. He actively engages in community service, speaking at local high schools about the insurance industry and participating in community clean-up projects. His guiding principle, "A ritual is an action taken for a cause that you strongly believe in; it's the marriage of a habit and an underlying belief," reflects his dedication to both personal and community growth.

MERCULUS J ELLIS
Merculus J Ellis, born on November 26, 1966, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is a dedicated professional and fraternity member. He graduated from McNeese State University in 1990 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology, where he was also a member of Lambda Alpha Epsilon. Merculus pledged Kappa Alpha Psi in the fall of 1986 at the Epsilon Phi chapter and currently serves as the Lt. Strategus of the Franklin Alumni charter line. Attending fraternity conclaves ranks among his favorite memories.
Merculus is married to Dawnisha Ellis and is a proud father to their son, Montel G Ellis. DWAYLYN JACKSON
Dwalyn Michael Jackson, born on September 23, 1968, in New Iberia, Louisiana, is an accomplished educator and a devoted member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. He holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a Master of Administration Supervision from Southern University A&M, completed in 1994 and 1996 respectively.
Dwalyn pledged to the Theta Nu chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi in the fall of 1987 and has served in multiple leadership roles within the fraternity, including Strategus, Keeper of Records and Keeper of Exchequer. His engagement with the fraternity is marked by a deep commitment to its values and missions.
Professionally, Dwalyn has dedicated his career to education, serving as a Middle School Principal. His passion for music also plays a significant role in his life, both as a hobby and in his educational practice.

DONALD EUGENE FOULCARD
Donald Eugene Foulcard, born on October 22, 1961, in Franklin, Louisiana, has made significant contributions in education and community service throughout his career. He graduated from Southern University in 1984 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in History, and also holds a teacher certification. Donald pledged to the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity in the Spring of 1992 at the Opelousas Alumni Chapter.
Donald has dedicated over 35 years to coaching, counseling, and educating young people. He is currently working towards becoming a life insurance agent. Throughout his career, Donald has been a steadfast advocate for youth development, evidenced by his extensive involvement in coaching youth track and field, little league baseball, and pee-wee football, as well as his active participation in youth and prison ministries.
Married to Myrna Foulcard, Donald is a devoted father to five children: Don'dra, Kiara, Kiona, Kiajah, and Donald Jr. In his free time, he enjoys reading the Bible, working out, and imparting life skills to the youth.

Charles Albert Foulcard, born on September 13, 1970, in Franklin, Louisiana, is an esteemed educator and dedicated member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. Charles pledged to the fraternity in the Spring of 1995 and has made substantial contributions, notably serving as the Opelousas Alumni Keeper of Records from 2005 to 2012. He played a vital role in the Southwestern Provence Planning Committee when Opelousas Alumni served as the host chapter.
